EGG CAPER SAUCE
The same as “Egg Sauce,” adding 1 tablespoonful of finely chopped capers before the egg is stirred in, and which should simmer a few minutes.

Leave out the onions, otherwise make as “Wheatmeal Sauce.” Add capers, and cook 10 minutes after adding them.
A recipe for making caper sauce – I Add half a cupful of capers to two cupfuls of Drawn-Butter Sauce.
Prepare a pint of Drawn-Butter Sauce and add to it two tablespoonfuls of capers, a tablespoonful of anchovy essence, and salt and pepper to season.
